Get paid
Quarterly payout (within 60 days of quarter-end). Live dashboard with active customers, accrued commissions and payout history.
Plain terms
- We pay for every customer who stays active — no empty promises
- Up to 24 months per customer — no cap on number of customers
- Quarterly payout, within 60 days of quarter-end; €50 minimum threshold (below: rolled over)
- Auto-stop when the customer leaves: no clawback for events outside your control
- Payout via SEPA bank transfer to your IBAN, against compliant invoice/receipt
What is NOT paid
For full transparency: here are the cases where commission does not accrue or may be clawed back.
- Customer payment overdue more than 30 days
- Chargeback, dispute or refund initiated by the customer
- Cancellation, withdrawal, termination or suspension of the contract
- Customer downgrade to free or suspended plan
- Conflicting referrals, suspected fraud or self-affiliate (including family/related companies)
- Invoice/tax receipt not issued within 60 days of accrual
GiBSeS reserves the right to suspend or withhold commissions in case of irregularities, subject to case-by-case evaluation and written notice to the Affiliate. Full details in the Regulation.
